Agreeing to work on a weekend is a commitment to God! The team that served you on your Tres Dias ( or other similar ) weekends were dedicated to you. Now in the same way you must dedicate yourself to the candidates whom you will serve. Please DO NOT accept an invitation to work a weekend UNLESS you are able to RECOGNIZE this COMMITMENT and make it a PRIORITY in your life, as well as to the lives of the candidates that will be counting on you.

The time you give for training and bonding as a team is a gift to the candidates .
Please make every effort to attend ALL training meetings!!
